Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service/Sales Representative, your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional customer service and sales expertise to our valued clients. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Reaching out to individuals who have requested more information on the benefits we offer, and scheduling Zoom meetings to discuss their needs and preferences
  • Customizing new benefit plans and adjusting existing plans to fit the current needs of each client, ensuring that they receive the best possible coverage for their family
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with existing and new clients, providing attentive customer service and administrative support as needed
  • Performing benefit reviews for existing clients, as well as helping with any necessary claims or adjustments
  • Responding to and resolving client questions and concerns regarding their benefits, ensuring that all documentation is accurate and complete
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient issue resolution

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and delivering exceptional customer satisfaction
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and customer-centricity
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, with experience using CRM software and other customer service tools
