Job Summary
We're looking for a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Specialist to join our 2nd shift team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for processing incoming healthcare claim forms, digitizing forms, and inputting claim details with high accuracy. Your attention to detail and ability to work independently will ensure that all data is captured correctly and submitted efficiently.
Responsibilities
As a 2nd Shift Data Entry Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:
- Processing all incoming healthcare claim forms sent by arenaflex
- Digitizing forms that are sent in, ensuring accurate and efficient data capture
- Inputting all details of the claim with high accuracy, adhering to strict quality standards
- Performing indexing to ensure seamless data management
- Reviewing and confirming all data captured is correct before submitting the document
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience in data entry or a related field
- Experience with medical claims is a plus, but not required
- High-speed internet access is mandatory for remote work
Nice-to-Haves
