Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service: Greet members and guests, answer phones, and respond to questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Creating a welcoming atmosphere: Make members feel comfortable and welcomed, ensuring an exceptional Judgement Free Zone experience.
• Checking in members and guests: Verify membership status, provide tours of the club, and sign up new members.
• Maintaining a clean and safe environment: Regularly clean the facility, including bathrooms, equipment, front desk area, and amenities.
• Communicating updates and billing issues: Inform members and guests of important updates, billing issues, and promotions.

Qualifications and Physical Demands:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Age: Be at least 18 years old.
• Punctuality and reliability: Demonstrate a strong commitment to punctuality and reliability.
• Customer service experience: Possess prior customer service experience, preferably in a fitness or retail environment.
• Physical demands: Be able to continually stand, walk, and talk during your shift, with the ability to lift 45 pounds.
