Role Description As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and delivering exceptional support. This part-time remote position involves addressing customer inquiries, providing troubleshooting assistance, and maintaining effective communication with customers. You'll alternate between working from our office and working from home, allowing for a flexible and dynamic work environment. Key Responsibilities * Answer calls, emails, and Shopify Inbox for all fulfillment clients on a daily basis * Provide customers with general service information and answer inquiries about their orders * Research required information for customers using available sources * Reach out to customers for return to senders * Handle issues and complaints, providing solutions to customers * Work on holds that may be holding orders back from being shipped out * Follow up with customers when necessary * Handle chargebacks on Shopify Essential Qualifications * Proven customer support and customer service skills * Proficiency in ensuring customer satisfaction * Bilingual Spanish and English (written and verbal) * Strong communication skills and email etiquette * Troubleshooting abilities * Excellent problem-solving skills * High level of attention to detail * Proven ability to work both collaboratively and independently * Previous experience in a customer support role is an advantage Preferred Qualifications * High school diploma or equivalent required; higher education is a plus * Experience working in the luxury fashion industry or a related field * Familiarity with Shopify and other customer support software Skills and Competencies Required for Success * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information * Strong organizational and time management skills Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their skills.
