Job Summary

As a Customer Service & Sales Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing fast, friendly service to our customers, assessing their needs, and providing assistance to drive sales growth. You will learn about our products and services, and use this knowledge to recommend and close sales. You will also be responsible for maintaining the in-stock condition of assigned areas, ensuring a safe and clean shopping environment, and working collaboratively with your team to achieve sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service by actively seeking out customers to assess their needs and provide assistance

• Learn about products and services using our tools and provide information to customers to drive sales growth
• Greet, qualify, recommend, and close every customer in your department
• Maintain the in-stock condition of assigned areas, ensuring a safe and clean shopping environment
• Work collaboratively with your team to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive, customer-focused attitude
• Develop strong relationships with customers, vendors, and colleagues to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, promotions, and sales strategies to effectively communicate with customers and drive sales
• Participate in sales training and development programs to improve sales skills and knowledge
• Maintain accurate records and reports to track sales performance and customer interactions

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

• 1-2 years of customer service or sales experience in a retail or sales environment
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Strong product knowledge and sales skills, with a passion for learning and staying up-to-date on industry trends
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and vendors to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction
• Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash, operating a cash register, and processing transactions

Preferred Qualifications

* 2+ years of customer service or sales experience in a retail or sales environment

• Experience working in a sales environment with a focus on customer satisfaction and sales growth
• Knowledge of sales strategies, product knowledge, and industry trends
• Experience working with CRM software and other sales tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement
