Role Summary

The Senior Manager, Integrated Insights & Strategy – Specialty Care Customer Engagement Platform will be a key member of the arenaflex team, responsible for providing strategic thought partnership to the US CEP leadership team. You will support the IIS CEP team in maximizing the performance and effectiveness of the customer-facing team by harnessing insights from multiple sources, supporting day-to-day problem-solving, team management, and business partner management.

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Manager, Integrated Insights & Strategy – Specialty Care Customer Engagement Platform, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the development of strategic plans and initiatives to drive business growth and customer engagement
  • Analyzing data and market trends to identify opportunities and challenges, and developing insights to inform business decisions
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions to drive business outcomes
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including sales leaders, marketing teams, and commercial analytics colleagues
  • Supporting the identification of opportunities and gaps in strategy/tactical execution, and developing and implementing solutions
  • Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical marketplace and broader trends in the healthcare landscape and economics
  • Providing thought leadership and strategic guidance to senior CEP National Leaders and other stakeholders
  • Supporting the development of tools and resources for leaders to optimize deployment based on local market dynamics, vacancies, and portfolio changes
  • Proactively identifying opportunities to drive innovation in our go-to-market model (structure, roles, technology, and/or capabilities)

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, marketing, analytics)
  • 6+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical marketplace and deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, broader trends in the healthcare landscape and economics
  • Excellent analytical skills, including strategic thinking, problem-solving, and measuring impact
  • A thought leader and self-starter, with the ability to identify opportunities and challenges, and develop and implement solutions
  • Excellent communication skills, including presentations, PowerPoint/written, meeting facilitation, and one-on-one/small group
  • Team-orientation and collaborative approach, with outstanding listening skills and the ability to manage through influence
  • Exceptional intellectual and analytical curiosity, with a creative vision to drive innovation
  • Sophisticated executive demeanor, comfortable functioning at the highest levels of organizations, with excellent presentation skills, including strong verbal and writing capabilities

Preferred Qualifications

* An advanced degree (e.g., MBA, PhD, MD, JD)

  • Experience in sales leadership, account management leadership, marketing, commercial operations, and advanced analytics
  • Proven track record of high-value stakeholder consultancy, with a strong ability to frame, design, and execute solutions for challenging business situations
  • Experience working in a team environment, with the ability to influence and drive change at all levels in an organization

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

arenaflex offers a comprehensive compensation package, including:

  • An annual base salary range of $120,800.00 to $201,400.00
  • Eligibility for participation in arenaflex's Global Performance Plan, with a bonus target of 17.5% of the base salary
  • Eligibility to participate in arenaflex's share-based long-term incentive program
  • Comprehensive and generous benefits, including a 401(k) plan with arenaflex Matching Contributions and an additional arenaflex Retirement Savings Contribution
