Job Summary
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise. You'll work closely with our store teams to ensure that our customers receive the best possible experience, and you'll be an ambassador for arenaflex, promoting our brand and values to our customers and the wider community.
Key Responsibilities

- Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Provide support to our store teams, including answering phones, processing orders, and completing paperwork
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to arenaflex's health and safety policies
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve our goals and objectives
Essential Qualifications
* 16 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous customer service experience
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of arenaflex's products and services
- Ability to speak multiple languages
- Experience working with technology, including computers and point-of-sale systems
