Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Digital Growth Strategist to drive digital customer growth across arenaflex's business digital ecosystem. As a key member of our Consumer Technology experience team, you'll collaborate with cross-functional partners and development teams to develop and align digital strategies with eCommerce solutions, ensuring seamless integration across desktop, mobile web, and app platforms. Your expertise will help us enhance digital sales channels and distribution partnerships, manage online launch rollouts, and optimize digital demand and traffic strategies to drive revenue and customer satisfaction.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

* Digital Strategy and eCommerce Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional partners and development teams to develop and align digital strategies with eCommerce solutions, ensuring seamless integration across desktop, mobile web, and app platforms. Enhance digital sales channels and distribution partnerships, including affiliate sales and digital acquisition partnerships. Manage online launch rollouts, product management, and online offer development to ensure a coordinated and effective customer experience that drives revenue and customer satisfaction.

• Demand and Traffic Strategy: Lead and optimize digital demand and traffic strategies in close partnership with marketing teams, prioritizing converged customer growth. Collaborate with technology and care teams to enhance site performance and reduce fraudulent activity while focusing on demand generation.
• Customer Journey and Experience Management: Understand digital audiences and personas to guide customer journeys effectively, ensuring coordinated touchpoints that offer arenaflex products and features at the right times. Ideate, develop, and advocate for initiatives on product and technology roadmaps, such as converged customer buy flows and enhanced cross-selling capabilities, while partnering closely with technology, product, and marketing teams to prioritize and execute these digital initiatives.
• Technology and Innovation: Lead a test & learn mindset, adopting structured hypothesis-driven rapid learning. Identify key problems or opportunities across digital and partner with design and technology teams to align on a clear path forward. Focus on key trends and growth drivers such as personalization and scalable AI use cases. Drive platform technology enhancements to ensure robust, scalable, and secure digital infrastructure that supports seamless customer experiences and integrates with emerging technologies.
• Data Analytics and Optimization: Utilize advanced analytics to gather insights on customer behavior and performance metrics. Collaborate with analytics teams to interpret data, identify trends, and optimize digital strategies. Implement data-driven decision-making processes to enhance customer journeys, improve site performance, and drive digital sales growth across arenaflex's ecosystem.

Education/Experience

* Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) desired.

• 5+ years of related eCommerce and/or product experience.

Compensation and Benefits

arenaflex offers a competitive salary range of $143,800.00 - $215,800.00, depending on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a 401(k) plan, tuition reimbursement program, and paid time off.
