Experienced Customer Engagement Specialist – Employee Experience & Insights Team

Job Summary:

As a Customer Engagement Specialist, you'll provide administrative and project support to our Employee Engagement & Insights Team, ensuring seamless execution of projects, events, and initiatives that drive business results. Your expertise will be instrumental in delivering exceptional customer experiences, building strong relationships with stakeholders, and driving business growth. Responsibilities:

* Participate actively in regularly scheduled meetings for both the Team and department to ensure successful results that meet the changing needs of arenaflex

  • Assist in the delivery of projects on time, on target, and on budget
  • Manage logistics for a variety of department initiatives, including event planning, meeting coordination, and vendor management
  • Organize materials for meetings, presentations, and reports, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
  • Capture notes and project flows into PowerPoint presentations, providing clear and concise summaries of key findings and recommendations
  • Communicate effectively with outside sources, vendors, Teams, and internal customers via personal contact, telephone, and written correspondence
  • Meet physical ability requirements, including working from a limited space workstation or office area for extended periods
  • Perform other job duties as directed by Employee Leaders, demonstrating flexibility, common sense, and good judgment

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

* Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems, including word processing, managing files and records, note taking, designing forms, and other office procedures

  • Knowledge of event and meeting planning, including logistics, vendor management, and budgeting
  • Ability to think strategically and work independently, prioritizing responsibilities and modifying actions based on business needs
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to demonstrate flexibility, common sense, and good judgment, meeting confidentiality expectations regarding confidential, proprietary, and sensitive arenaflex information
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under tight time constraints to accomplish assignments and projects

Education:

* High School Diploma or GED required

Experience:

* Entry-level experience, developing skills and knowledge in Employee Engagement and Customer Experience

Licensing/Certification:

* N/A

Physical Abilities:

* Ability to perform work duties from a limited space workstation or office area for extended periods

  • Ability to communicate and interact with others in the English language to meet the demands of the job
  • Ability to use a computer and other office productivity tools with sufficient speed and accuracy to meet the demands of the job

Other Qualifications:

* Must maintain a well-groomed appearance per arenaflex appearance standards as described in established guidelines

  • Must be a U.S. citizen or have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must be able to comply with arenaflex attendance standards as described in established guidelines
  • Some travel may be required, flexibility to work outside of regular office hours

Pay & Benefits:

* Competitive market salary from $58,850.00 - $65,400.00 per year, depending on qualifications and experience

  • Additional bonus opportunities available and awarded at the discretion of the company
