About Your Role:

As a Customer Engagement Manager, you'll be responsible for leading the store team in creating an exceptional customer experience. Your key areas of focus will include:

Pet Parent Engagement:

You'll set the standards for customer engagement, ensuring that every pet and pet parent has a positive experience in our stores. You'll have fun getting to know the customers and their pets so you and the team can create a personalized shopping experience.

Associate Leadership:

Our associates are key to making great experiences in our stores. As the Associate Lead, you'll help to lead a team who are as passionate about pets as we are. You'll lead a team of retail and pet care associates who will ensure a safe, clean, and fun environment for our pets and pet parents.

Overall Retail Initiatives:

Creating an exceptional customer experience is a top priority for all our leaders. From ensuring our associates have extensive knowledge of pet solutions to building connections with pet parents, our leaders ensure a safe and fun environment in our stores.

Essential Qualifications:

To be successful as a Customer Engagement Manager at arenaflex, you'll need:

2+ years of retail or customer service experience:

You'll have a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and leading a team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.

Leadership experience:

You'll have experience leading a team and developing their skills and knowledge.

Pet industry knowledge:

You'll have a passion for the pet industry and a deep understanding of the products and services we offer.

Communication and interpersonal skills:

You'll be an effective communicator and have strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers, associates, and other stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

While not essential, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field:

You'll have a solid understanding of business principles and practices, as well as marketing and sales strategies.

Pet care experience:

You'll have experience working in a pet care environment, such as a veterinary clinic or pet store.

Leadership certifications:

You'll have certifications such as a Certified Manager or Certified Leader, demonstrating your commitment to leadership development.

To succeed as a Customer Engagement Manager at arenaflex, you'll need:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills:
