Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Associate, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service, resolving queries, and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Handling cash transactions, including making change, issuing receipts, and processing refunds
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to arenaflex's high standards of cleanliness and safety
  • Inspecting and reporting any issues or concerns related to the building, storage areas, restrooms, and surrounding environment
  • Adhering to all guidelines and policies outlined in the arenaflex policy manual and training manual
  • Working collaboratively with team members to achieve common goals and objectives
  • Maintaining accurate records of transactions, including cash handling and inventory management
  • Providing quotes, describing features, and processing returns for customers
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a retail or hospitality environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and team members
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to apply common sense and judgment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
  • Basic math skills, with the ability to calculate figures and amounts accurately
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a retail or hospitality environment
  • Knowledge of cash handling procedures and inventory management
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's policies and procedures
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Basic computer skills, with the ability to use arenaflex's software and systems
