About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Customer Management Senior Account Representative (Key Account Manager) to join our Retail Sales team in Texas. As a Key Account Manager, you'll be responsible for executing a selling strategy in assigned retail accounts, managing key customer relationships, and driving growth and innovation in the marketplace. If you're a results-driven sales professional with a passion for building strong relationships and driving business results, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

  • Maximize volume and revenue in key assigned accounts by using fact-based selling methods
  • Activate local and national marketplace initiatives and promotions to build brand development and maximize brand performance
  • Analyze customer information and business trends using IRI and Nielsen to identify and expand business opportunities
  • Work closely with the Selling Operations team to improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Cultivate strong customer relationships
  • Ensure customers are complying with PBC contract requirements

Key Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 2 years of fact-based selling experience
  • Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent work experience
  • Consumer packaged goods experience
  • Must be willing and able to lift 40 lbs. periodically
  • This position is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States
  • Must have a valid driver's license
  • Safe driving record strongly preferred

What We Offer

As a valued member of our team, you'll enjoy a comprehensive compensation package that includes:

  • Expected compensation range: $76,400 - $127,850
  • Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 15% of annual salary paid out annually
  • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement
  • In addition to salary, arenaflex offers a comprehensive benefits package to support our employees and their families, subject to elections and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Health, and Dependent Care Reimbursement Accounts, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Insurance (Accident, Group Legal, Life), Defined Contribution Retirement Plan
