Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Retail Customer Service Representative to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing sales and loans, and performing various store duties. If you're a motivated individual with a strong work ethic and a passion for sales and customer service, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

As a Retail Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service by greeting customers, interacting with customers in person and on the phone, and resolving customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner
  • Processing sales, loans, and extensions in a timely and efficient manner
  • Performing opening and closing store duties, including counting cash, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment
  • Working closely with colleagues to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
  • Maintaining a thorough knowledge of our products and services, including commonly pawned items such as tools, jewelry, firearms, and electronics
  • Adhering to all Company policies, procedures, and regulations, including those related to customer service, sales, and store operations

  • Following the Career Path and applying for a Store Manager in Training position, which includes a 12-week training program to build the foundation to run your own store

Requirements

To be successful as a Retail Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or GED
  • Customer service, cashier, or retail experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work well independently and as a member of a team
  • The ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • The ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test
  • A positive and outgoing personality, with a strong work ethic and a passion for sales and customer service
  • Knowledge of commonly pawned items, such as tools, jewelry, firearms, or electronics, a plus
  • Sales background, a plus
  • Bilingual, a plus
