Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service, creating lasting impressions and building loyal customers

  • Utilize product knowledge and services to present oil change options and additional services
  • Develop strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional customer experiences
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay up-to-date on products, services, and company knowledge
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple customers simultaneously

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a retail or service industry environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple customers simultaneously
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and climb stairs
  • Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment
  • English fluency in reading, writing, and speaking

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous experience in the automotive industry or a related field

  • Familiarity with oil change services and additional automotive services
  • Experience working in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and customer satisfaction
  • Basic computer skills, with the ability to navigate our point-of-sale system and other software applications
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends (optional)
