Key Responsibilities

As a Lead Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting customers and providing a warm, welcoming experience
  • Operating the register, handling cash and credit transactions, and making purchase suggestions
  • Working with our food program to ensure seamless service and high-quality products
  • Leading shifts and gaining entry-level management experience
  • Maintaining store appearance and providing fast and friendly service to customers
  • Interacting with customers daily, responding to their needs, and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Collaborating with a fun, energetic team to accomplish daily tasks and achieve store goals
  • Providing regular and predictable onsite attendance

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • A strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds and occasionally lift and carry up to 60 pounds
  • Physical stamina to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours and perform other physical demands of the job
  • High School Diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

  • Retail and customer service experience
  • Entry-level management experience
  • Sales associate or cashiering experience
  • Motivation to advance in your career and willingness to learn and grow with arenaflex
  • Ability to think quickly and offer suggestions to solve problems
