Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Manager – arenaflex Agent Team Member, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships through regular follow-up and communication
- Providing prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
- Conducting customer-focused, needs-based reviews to educate clients about insurance options and promote the development of our business
- Leading a team of 4 Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to ensure seamless customer service and support
- Collaborating with other agency team members to achieve sales and service goals
- Anticipating and addressing customer needs through proactive problem-solving and communication
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A strong commitment to customer service and a customer-focused approach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively relate to customers, answer their questions, and anticipate their needs
- Proactive problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and resolve issues efficiently
- A Texas General Lines License
- At least one year of consumer insurance working experience
- A competitive desire to sell and service insurance and financial products
Preferred Qualifications
