Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded

Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical ability to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting (up to 25 pounds)
- Reliable and insured vehicle for work-related travel
- Availability to work Monday to Friday, 8:50 am – 4:00 pm
- Valid driver's license
Preferred Qualifications

- Previous customer service experience in a related industry
- Basic knowledge of cleaning procedures and products
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
As a Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, you can expect:
- Competitive hourly rate: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
- 100% of tips and commission pay (not applicable to sales)
- Bi-weekly paychecks
- Training at full pay and fuel reimbursement ($0.56+/mile)
