Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintaining accurate records and updating client information as needed
  • Collaborating with our cleaning team to ensure seamless service delivery

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical ability to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting (up to 25 pounds)
  • Reliable and insured vehicle for work-related travel
  • Availability to work Monday to Friday, 8:50 am – 4:00 pm
  • Valid driver's license

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset:

  • Previous customer service experience in a related industry
  • Basic knowledge of cleaning procedures and products
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's services and products

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

As a Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, you can expect:

  • Competitive hourly rate: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
  • 100% of tips and commission pay (not applicable to sales)
  • Bi-weekly paychecks
  • Training at full pay and fuel reimbursement ($0.56+/mile)
