Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative – Window Clerk at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our organization, providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers. You'll be responsible for a range of tasks, including processing purchases, returns, and sales support, as well as handling passport applications and related duties. Key Responsibilities

- Handle passport applications and related duties
- Perform various tasks as required, including data entry and administrative duties

Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or university education an asset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse customer groups
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Basic computer skills, including data entry and Microsoft Office
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous customer service experience, preferably in a retail or service industry environment
- Knowledge of arenaflex products and services, or a willingness to learn
- Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate with customers in multiple languages
- Experience with cash handling and point-of-sale systems
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
