Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing Top-Notch Service to Every Customer: You'll be the face of our brand, and we expect you to provide exceptional customer service to every customer who walks through our doors.
- Cross-Selling and Upselling: You'll have the opportunity to cross-sell and upsell items to complement the customer's purchase, as well as highlight current marketing promotions.
- Maintaining a Clean Store: You'll assist in maintaining a clean store, including taking out trash, sweeping, and mopping.
- Stocking Shelves and Coolers: You'll be responsible for stocking shelves and coolers, as well as assisting with receiving deliveries to the store.
Essential Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A Can-Do Attitude and Customer Service-Driven Personality: You'll need to have a positive attitude and a customer service-driven personality to thrive in this role.
- Prior Customer Service Experience: We're looking for candidates with 6 months to 1-year prior customer service experience, preferably in a retail environment.
- Cash Handling Experience: Cash handling experience is a plus, but not required.
