Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to live chat inquiries in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate and helpful information to our online community.
  • Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a courteous and efficient manner, ensuring that every interaction is a positive one.
  • Utilizing your knowledge of our products and services to address customer questions and provide solutions, helping our customers achieve their goals.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and escalate concerns as needed, ensuring that every customer receives the support they need.
  • Consistently meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction and quality metrics, demonstrating your commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with some college or degree preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple conversations simultaneously, with a strong focus on multitasking and prioritization
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Proficiency in using a computer, internet, and live chat software, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
