Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing Exceptional Customer Service: Delivering top-notch service to every customer, every time.
- Cross-Selling and Upselling: Cross-selling items to complement the customer's purchase, as well as highlighting current marketing promotions.
- Maintaining a Clean Store: Assisting with maintaining a clean store, including taking out trash, sweeping, and mopping.
- Stocking Shelves and Coolers: Stocking shelves and coolers, and assisting with receiving deliveries to the store.
- Meeting Sales Targets: Working collaboratively with the team to meet sales targets and drive business growth.
Essential Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A Can-Do Attitude and Customer Service-Driven Personality: A positive and customer-centric approach to every interaction.
- Prior Customer Service Experience: 6 months to 1-year prior customer service experience, with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
- Cash Handling Experience: Experience handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
- Flexibility and Adaptability: The ability to work a flexible schedule and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Results-Driven: A results-driven individual who thrives working in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
While not essential, the following qualifications would be beneficial:
- TABC Certification and Food Handlers Certificates: The ability to successfully complete the TABC Certification and Food Handlers Certificates.
- Sales Experience: Prior sales experience, with a focus on driving sales growth and building customer loyalty.
- Leadership Experience: Experience leading a team or mentoring colleagues.
