Key Responsibilities:

* Provide fast, friendly service to customers, assessing their needs and recommending products to meet their requirements

• Learn about products using arenaflex tools and provide information to customers to sell an entire project
• Greet, qualify, recommend, and close every customer in your department, and know how to handle basics in adjacent departments
• Maintain the in-stock condition of assigned areas, ensuring they are clean, shop-able, and safe
• Provide a safe working and shopping environment by following all safety policies & standards, completing specified safety training, and reporting hazards or unsafe conditions to the Manager on Duty
• Work in cooperation with your Department Supervisor and other associates in your department as well as other departments
• Participate in sales initiatives and promotions to drive sales growth and meet sales targets
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of arenaflex products, services, and promotions to provide expert advice to customers
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and services to provide informed recommendations to customers

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

• 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
• Strong product knowledge and ability to learn about new products and services
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on sales growth and customer satisfaction
• Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash, operating a cash register, and processing transactions
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods

Preferred Qualifications:
