Job Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for:

Qualifications

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage complex tasks and prioritize multiple customer inquiries simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technical tools
- Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues to resolve customer issues
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus, but not required
