Key Responsibilities

As an arenaflex contractor, your primary role will be to provide exceptional customer service to our clients through inbound phone calls, chat messages, and email responses. Your key responsibilities will include:

Schedule and Flexibility

Contract earnings vary by client, with rates ranging from $14 to $20 per hour. Pay is determined by your phone call status when assisting customers, and additional incentives are available based on client and performance metrics. Contractual Relationship

As an arenaflex contractor, you will be considered an independent contractor for the duration of your program assignment. You will be responsible for your own taxes, benefits, and other expenses. arenaflex will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings while contracted with us.
