Experienced Full Stack Data Researcher – AI Model Development and Customer Support

You'll work closely with internal partners to deliver elite visitor experiences with intelligent and data-driven systems across arenaflex's Disney Encounters (DX).

Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Researcher to join our team. As a Full Stack Data Researcher, you'll be responsible for driving the development and implementation of AI models, working with data scientists and engineers to create innovative solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional visitor experiences. Key Responsibilities

* Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to develop and implement AI models that drive business outcomes and improve visitor experiences

• Work with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven solutions that meet business requirements
• Develop and maintain data pipelines, data warehouses, and data visualizations to support business intelligence and decision-making
• Conduct data analysis and machine learning experiments to identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations for business leaders
• Collaborate with data engineers to design and implement data architectures that support scalable and efficient data processing
• Develop and maintain data quality and data governance processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity
• Work with data scientists to develop and implement predictive models, clustering algorithms, and other machine learning techniques to drive business outcomes
• Collaborate with data engineers to develop and implement data pipelines, data warehouses, and data visualizations to support business intelligence and decision-making
• Develop and maintain data visualizations and reports to support business intelligence and decision-making
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven solutions that meet business requirements
• Develop and maintain data quality and data governance processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in Python and predictive modeling, including experience with TensorFlow, SparkMLib, PySpark, Light, MXNet, and other machine learning frameworks

• 2+ years of experience in cloud platforms, including AWS and GCP
• Proficiency in SDLC, QA cycles, and Agile software development methodologies
• Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or related field
• Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js
• Experience with data governance and data quality processes
• Strong understanding of data architecture and data engineering principles
• Experience with data pipelines, data warehouses, and data visualizations
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerization

• Experience with cloud platforms, including GCP or other cloud providers
• Experience with Atlassian tools, such as Jira and Confluence
• Experience with agile development methodologies and Scrum
• Experience with automated testing, continuous integration, and continuous deployment
• Experience with data representation and data validation tools, such as Splunk, Plotly, or Tableau
• Experience with natural language processing and text analysis
• Experience with audio analysis and other machine learning techniques
