Job Summary

As an Experienced Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently processing patient and drug information, managing prescription data, and performing various administrative tasks to support the pharmacy department. Key Responsibilities

* Utilize pharmacy systems to retrieve patient and drug information, process prescriptions, and manage inventory

• Accurately and efficiently enter patient and drug data into the pharmacy system
• Assist pharmacists in scheduling and maintaining work flow
• Perform various administrative tasks, including handling phone calls, processing claims, and maintaining accurate records
• Collaborate with pharmacy staff to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer experiences
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Comply with all company policies, procedures, and regulations

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

• 6 months of experience in a retail or healthcare setting; pharmacy experience a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in computer software and systems, including Microsoft Office and pharmacy management systems
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of inventory management and stock control procedures
• Certification as a Pharmacy Technician (PTCB) or equivalent
