As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, handling a wide range of inquiries, issues, and requests. Your role will involve:

* Handle customer inquiries, issues, and requests in a timely and professional manner

  • Process customer transactions, including ticketing, baggage handling, and travel arrangements
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide seamless customer experiences
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, policies, and procedures to ensure accurate and informed responses
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, first-call resolution, and productivity
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to pass a background check and obtain necessary security clearances

Preferred Qualifications

* 2+ years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment

  • Experience working in the aviation industry or a related field
  • Knowledge of Sabre or other travel management systems
  • Bilingual language skills (English and Spanish or other languages)
  • Relevant certifications, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Travel Associate (CTA)
