Position Type and Schedule
This is a full-time remote position that requires you to live and work in one of the following states: Alabama, Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, New Mexico, North Carolina, North Dakota, South Carolina, Texas, Utah, Wisconsin. You'll work a standard schedule, with the option to participate in a 12-week paid, virtual training program. After training, you'll work in a permanent shift, which may include nights and weekends.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the US
- Ability to work day, evening, weekend, and night shifts (arenaflex does not offer part-time schedules)
- Capacity to perform multiple tasks and figure out different products
- Advanced education and comfort with online, email, and web research
- Dedicated high-speed internet with upload speeds of 10 MBPS and download speeds of 25 MBPS
- Clear, happy, and gracious verbal and written communication using suitable language, tone, and expression
- Demonstrated perseverance and focus on maintaining excellent attendance, performance, self-motivation, and goal achievement
