What You Will Do in This Role

As an Experienced Customer Service/Inbound Sales Representative, you will:

• Provide inbound customer support via phone, email, or chat, resolving customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain broad knowledge of products, pricing, promotions, and procedures to effectively sell and upsell products and services.
• Achieve specific sales targets and maximize sale opportunities on each and every call, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare complete and accurate work, including notating accounts as required, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
• Participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and sales performance, such as training programs and sales competitions.
• Deliver expert customer experiences, exceeding customer expectations and building loyalty through exceptional service.

Your Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• High school diploma with six months of sales experience preferred.
• Demonstrated sales technique and product knowledge preferred.
• Courteous with strong customer service orientation.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally.
• Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge.
• Demonstrate patience in all customer contact situations, maintaining a pleasant and professional tone and manner.
• Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence.
