Responsibilities
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through various communication channels. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Connecting with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve their questions or concerns
- Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise
- Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate to ensure customer satisfaction
- Responding to requests for assistance and/or processing payments in a timely and efficient manner
- Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
- Providing feedback on call issues to help improve our services
- Upselling when required to meet customer needs and increase revenue
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment, with a strong internet connection and a dedicated workspace
- At least 6 months of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or remote work setting
- Be at least 18 years of age and a high school graduate or equivalent
- Possess strong typing skills, with a minimum speed of 25 words per minute
- Be comfortable using desktop computer systems and navigating Windows operating systems
- Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
- Possess logical problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze issues and provide effective solutions
- Be organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively, with a strong attention to detail
