Responsibilities

As an Evening Customer Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Engaging with customers through live chat on various websites and social media platforms, providing timely and effective support to resolve their queries and concerns.

Working Hours and Location

As a remote customer support representative, you'll have the flexibility to work from anywhere, at any time, as long as you have a stable internet connection. Our flexible contract allows you to choose your own hours, ranging from 5 to 40 hours per week, depending on your availability and needs. This role is ideal for candidates across the United States, though applications from other locations are also welcome.
