Job Summary
We're seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our team and participate in national and local paid focus groups, clinical trials, and phone interviews. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll have the opportunity to work remotely, engage with our customers, and provide valuable feedback on various products and services. Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Participating in national and local paid focus groups, clinical trials, and phone interviews
- Providing honest and constructive feedback on various products and services
- Engaging with our customers and understanding their needs and preferences
- Completing written and oral instructions, as well as written surveys for each panel
- Must actually use products and/or services, if provided, and be ready to discuss prior to meeting date
- Showing up at least 10 minutes prior to discussion start time
- Participating in online or in-person discussions, as required
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- A smartphone with a working camera or a webcam on a desktop/laptop
- Access to a reliable internet connection
- The ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions
- Desire to fully participate in one or several of the topics listed below
- No experience required, but the ability to work independently is a must
Experience
While experience is not required, we're looking for individuals who are comfortable working independently and can adapt to new situations. If you're a quick learner, have excellent communication skills, and are passionate about delivering exceptional service, we encourage you to apply.
