Job Description

As a High-Commission Sales Support Representative, you'll be responsible for advertising and selling shipping containers to customers via our cutting-edge software. Your primary goal will be to engage with customers through chat, build trust, and encourage them to place an order. You'll have the autonomy to close sales directly on the chat and send invoices using our system. Each lead you generate will be assigned to a sales manager for follow-up via phone calls, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

* Advertise and sell shipping containers to customers via chat using our software

  • Engage with customers to build trust and encourage them to place an order
  • Close sales directly on the chat and send invoices using our system
  • Generate leads and assign them to sales managers for follow-up via phone calls
  • Participate in daily training sessions to improve sales skills and knowledge
  • Join a Q&A group and work with mentors to achieve sales goals

Essential Qualifications:

* 1+ year of sales experience, preferably in a remote or chat-based environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in using software and technology to facilitate sales
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in sales, customer service, or a related field

  • Familiarity with the shipping container industry or a related field
  • Proficiency in multiple languages (English required; Spanish, French, or other languages a plus)
  • Experience working with CRM software and other sales tools
