Responsibilities
As a customer service representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Answering Inbound Calls: Provide exceptional customer support by answering inbound calls and addressing customer inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Capturing Information: Accurately capture customer information and enter data into our customer service database in a timely and efficient manner.
- Operating Customer Service Database: Utilize our customer service database to access relevant call-handling instructions and provide personalized support to our clients.
- Relaying Messages: Relay messages and route calls to the appropriate resources, ensuring seamless communication and resolution.
- Following Up on Calls: Follow up on customer calls with clerical duties and liaise with other departments to ensure prompt resolution and satisfaction.
- Providing Personalized Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service at the highest level, with a focus on building strong relationships and exceeding customer expectations.
Skills and Knowledge
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Previous Call Center Experience: A minimum of 6 months of experience in a call center environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
- Customer Service Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, with a focus on providing personalized support and resolving customer complaints.
- Utilities Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a utilities customer service setting is highly preferred.
- Medical Office Setting Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a medical office setting customer service role is highly preferred.
- Education: A High School Diploma or GED Equivalent is required.
- Competencies: You'll need to possess:
+ Reliable internet connection and attendance + Pleasant and friendly mannerisms, with a sound knowledge of telephone etiquette + Basic computer navigation skills + Quick and correct typing – ability to create grammatically correct responses without spelling errors + Positive attitude and a passion for learning
