Experienced Customer Experience Agent - Electricity Industry - Fully Remote Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Experience Agent, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Fielding incoming customer service calls, taking ownership of resolving customer issues in a timely and accurate manner
• Researching account status and identifying potential issues to prevent future problems
• Addressing billing inquiries and resolving billing disputes in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements
• Processing disconnection and re-connection requests, ensuring seamless transitions for our clients' customers
• Enrolling customers and resolving enrollment issues, providing clear guidance and support throughout the process
• Initiating collection activity on past due accounts, working closely with clients to develop customized solutions
• Serving as a customer advocate, upholding the highest standards of service while adhering to all regulatory requirements and company policies

Essential Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in an inbound call center environment, with customer care experience strongly preferred
• Experience within the retail electricity industry is highly desirable, but not required
• Familiarity with similar markets, such as utilities, telecom, or cable, is also a plus
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) proficiency is required, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Outstanding phone etiquette, polished communication skills, and exceptional listening skills
• Ability to maintain a calm demeanor when dealing with agitated customers
• Attentive to detail and committed to high-quality customer service
• Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to identify problems and suggest process improvements
• Proficiency in Windows environment and MS Word and Excel applications
