Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Associate IV at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Interacting with customers, company sales and/or service representatives to handle a variety of pre-sales or post-sales service functions
  • Taking and processing transactions via phone, internet, and correspondence from customers and representatives, and responding to inquiries about arenaflex's products or services
  • Promoting and selling arenaflex's products or services, as well as investigating and resolving customer complaints
  • Developing strong business relationships via arenaflex's Extraordinary Customer Experience strategy
  • Managing backlog orders and open orders, communicating late deliveries to the customer and internal teams as required
  • Investigating credit and debit requests and queries to issue credit/debit as necessary
  • Answering technical queries from customers using online technical references and offering alternatives using available resources
  • Driving corrective actions and improvement projects that will raise customer satisfaction levels

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Typically 4 or more years of related work experience
  • A high school diploma
  • Completion of an AA degree or equivalent is preferred

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to investigate and resolve complex customer complaints
  • Proficiency in using online technical references and resources to answer technical queries
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a customer-facing role, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices

  • Knowledge of arenaflex's products and services, or a willingness to learn and develop expertise
  • Experience working in a team environment, with a strong ability to collaborate and communicate with colleagues
  • Strong technical skills, with proficiency in using software applications and systems to manage customer interactions and transactions
