Experienced Data Entry Clerk – Cooperative Membership Onboarding and Administration

Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a 5-month contract basis. As a Data Entry Clerk, you'll be responsible for assisting with the onboarding of customers to cooperative members through the intake of Membership and Patronage Applications. You'll assess applications for patronage eligibility, enter data into our SAP system, and communicate with applicants and business units as needed. This is a remote work opportunity, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist with the onboarding of customers to cooperative members through the intake of Membership and Patronage Applications

• Assess applications for patronage eligibility and enter data into our SAP system as necessary
• Send written communication to applicants and/or business units representing the applicant where the form is incorrect, incomplete, or more information is needed
• Assist arenaflex staff with various ad hoc projects as needed
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and data entry

Essential Qualifications:

* 2+ years of experience in data entry or a related field

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in SAP or similar data entry systems
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a cooperative or agricultural industry

• Familiarity with cooperative membership onboarding processes
• Knowledge of patronage eligibility requirements
• Certification in data entry or a related field (e.g., Certified Data Entry Specialist)

Skills and Competencies:

* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes
