Job Summary
We are seeking an Experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in Everett, WA. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for answering incoming phone calls from health care providers, identifying the type of assistance they need, and resolving issues on the first call. You will also be responsible for delivering information and answering questions in a positive manner to facilitate strong relationships with providers and their staff. Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls from health care providers and identify the type of assistance they need - Focus on resolving issues on the first call, navigating through complex computer systems to identify the status of the issue and provide an appropriate response to the caller - Deliver information and answer questions in a positive manner to facilitate strong relationships with providers and their staff - Complete the documentation necessary to track provider issues and facilitate the reporting of overall trends - Work collaboratively with the team to achieve common goals and objectives

Telecommuting Requirements
- Reside within commutable distance in 7600 Evergreen Wy, Everett, WA - Ability to keep all company sensitive documents secure (if applicable) - Required to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy - Must live in a location that can receive a UnitedHealth Group approved high-speed internet connection or leverage an existing high-speed internet service - All employees working remotely will be required to adhere to arenaflex's Telecommuter Policy
Compensation and Benefits
The hourly range for this role is $16.00 to $28.85 per hour based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. arenaflex complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable. In addition to your salary, arenaflex offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase, and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).

Essential and Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent work experience - 18 years or older - Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications, which includes the ability to navigate and learn new and complex computer system applications - Ability to listen skillfully, collect relevant information, build rapport, and respond to customers in a compassionate manner - Skilled in problem solving to quickly assess current state and formulate recommendations - Ability to work Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm - 1+ years of experience in a related environment (i.e. office, administrative, clerical, customer service, etc.) using phones and computers as the primary job tools - Health Care experience
