Job Summary

As a Customer Experience Banker, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional service to our walk-in customers. You'll be responsible for retaining and growing consumer and business customer relationships by identifying financial goals and needs, recommending suitable deposit and other banking products and services. Your primary focus will be on delivering outstanding customer experiences, processing transactions accurately and efficiently, and maintaining a deep understanding of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service and effectively resolve customer issues

  • Understand and educate customers on consumer deposit products
  • Proactively identify opportunities to grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process, new customer follow-up program, outbound calling, and sourcing referrals from customers and partners
  • Educate and refer customers to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships and build a strong partnership
  • Adhere to all operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures
  • Demonstrate acumen in sales, customer service, relationship management, banking, communication, and presentation
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Essential Qualifications

* High School Diploma or GED and a minimum of 1 year of customer service or military service in an administration, contracting, civil affairs, or similar role

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 1 year or more of customer service experience in banking, financial services, or goal-driven retail sales
  • Cash handling skills
  • Comfort with technology, including mobile services and online banking services

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
