What You Will Do
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Providing Exceptional Customer Service: Work directly with customers through inbound phone calls, listening to their concerns, and offering meaningful solutions.
- Proactively Offering Valuable Products and Services: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services, ensuring that our members receive the best possible value.
- Actively Listening and Engaging: Demonstrate a "can-do" attitude, actively listening to customers and team members, and engaging with them in a positive and professional manner.
- Operating in a Fluid Environment: Be adaptable and flexible, navigating our ever-changing environment with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow.
What You Will Need
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Prior Customer Service Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment.
- Recent Call Center Experience: Recent experience in a call center environment is highly preferred.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent written, verbal, and listening skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
- Ability to Multi-Task: Prove your ability to multi-task and perform well in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Computer Navigation: Demonstrate proficiency in using computers, including data entry and complex computer navigation.
- Flexible Attitude: Possess a flexible, "can-do" attitude, with a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent: Hold a high school diploma or equivalent.
