Key Responsibilities

• Conducting dozens of bank transactions accurately and efficiently within time limits and established guidelines (cash checks, accept deposits and loan payments, process withdrawals, etc.)
• Assessing customer needs and introducing new products and services (credit cards, savings bonds, etc.)
• Making sales referrals, suggesting alternate channels, and cross-selling products and services

• Complying with regulatory requirements
• Managing risk in every transaction and detecting fraudulent transactions to prevent losses
• Resolving customers' issues and providing relevant information
