As a Senior Customer Service Representative, you'll have the opportunity to earn a competitive hourly rate of $21.44-$23.82, with an annual salary of $43,200-$47,997. $1,500 Sign-On Bonus
If you have a Personal Lines license, you'll be eligible for a $1,500 sign-on bonus. Ask your recruiter for more details on how to qualify for this exciting opportunity.
$1,000 Completion Incentive
After successfully completing training and orientation (approximately 6 months), you'll receive a $1,000 completion incentive. This is just one way we show our appreciation for your hard work and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Differential Pay
Enjoy 10% evening differential and 20% weekend differential for applicable shifts. This means you'll earn more for working non-traditional hours, which can be a great way to boost your earnings.

Qualifications & Skills
To succeed as a Senior Customer Service Representative, you'll need:
- 12+ months of contact center or customer-facing service experience
- Experience providing outstanding customer service by showcasing expertise, active listening, fostering trust, and growing customer satisfaction
- Ability to work and grow in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment
- Willingness to learn new skills and ability to adjust to changes quickly
- Open to feedback to support your performance and development
- Solid computer and multi-tasking skills
- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
Education/Certifications
While not required, we prefer candidates with:
- An associate's degree or higher
- Active Personal Lines insurance license
