Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative – Fertility Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support to individuals and families navigating fertility treatment. You'll work from home in Arizona or Massachusetts, using your empathy and listening skills to handle inbound and outbound calls, coordinate fertility plans and medications, and resolve customer issues. Key Responsibilities
* Handle 25-30 calls per day, including inbound and outbound calls from patients and physicians
- Ensure process efficiency by working with patients and physicians to coordinate fertility plans and medications
- Own the patient experience by resolving customer issues and ensuring 100% follow-up to customers
- Accurately obtain and enter patient information, including shipping, insurance, and payment information
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve patient outcomes

What You Need to Succeed
* An empathetic and fun-loving personality with a few good jokes on the ready
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Excellent customer service, organization, and time management skills
- PC skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Internet
- Reliable internet connection with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload (cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider)
Essential Qualifications
* Certified Pharmacy Technician preferred
- Experience in customer service, healthcare, or a related field
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Internet
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a fertility or reproductive health setting
- Knowledge of fertility treatment options and medications
- Certification in customer service or a related field
- Bilingual or multilingual skills
