Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative – arenaflex Agent Team Member, you will be responsible for:

• Establishing customer relationships and following up with customers, as needed
• Using a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options
• Developing leads, scheduling appointments, identifying customer needs, and marketing appropriate products and services
• Collaborating with the team to achieve sales and customer service goals
• Providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued customers
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide informed advice and guidance to customers
