Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
- Providing prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns related to insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
- Conducting needs-based reviews to educate customers about insurance options, empowering them to make informed decisions
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and ensure seamless service delivery
- Staying up-to-date with industry developments, regulatory changes, and arenaflex's products and services to provide expert guidance to customers

Requirements
To succeed as a Customer Service Representative, you'll need:
