Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
  • Providing prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns related to insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
  • Conducting needs-based reviews to educate customers about insurance options, empowering them to make informed decisions
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and ensure seamless service delivery
  • Staying up-to-date with industry developments, regulatory changes, and arenaflex's products and services to provide expert guidance to customers

Requirements

To succeed as a Customer Service Representative, you'll need:

  • Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and listening abilities
  • Self-motivation and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively relate to customers and colleagues
  • Ability to assess customer needs and conduct effective interviews
  • Property Casualty license (must be able to obtain) and Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to navigate complex customer issues
