Responsibilities

As an Analyst - Group Customer Membership & Billing, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Process Improvement: Assist and support management in evaluating and recommending improvements to production workflows and work processes, ensuring we're always striving for excellence.
  • Data Analysis: Compile and analyze operational data to identify and resolve business problems, providing actionable insights to drive business growth.
  • Reporting and Systems Testing: Utilize and maintain available reporting systems, participate in systems testing, and ensure our systems are always running smoothly.
  • Procedure Development: Develop procedures and controls, providing recommendations for ongoing process improvements, and ensuring we're always up-to-date with best practices.
  • Project Management: Provide leadership with status updates on projects and issues, ensuring our projects are always on track and meeting our objectives.
  • Policy Communication: Communicate and recommend policy changes to achieve project objectives, ensuring we're always aligned with our goals.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Document departmental procedures, create reports and presentations to display operational data, and ensure our knowledge is always up-to-date.
  • Stakeholder Support: Support internal departments and external entities by answering questions and providing training, ensuring we're always a trusted partner.
  • Special Projects: Participate in special projects or workgroups as assigned, always looking for opportunities to grow and learn.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Education: A Bachelor's Degree in a related field, such as Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: Two (2) years of experience in a related field, with a proven track record of success in process improvement, data analysis, and project management.
  • Communication Skills: Effective verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
  • Analytical Skills: Effective analytical and problem-solving skills to identify, evaluate, recommend, and implement changes to processes or procedures.
  • Organizational Skills: Organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple activities with varying timelines, ensuring we're always meeting our deadlines.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office suites, with the ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships.

Nice-to-Haves

While not required, the following skills and experiences would be a plus:

  • Membership and Billing Experience: Two years of experience in Membership and Billing, with a working knowledge of arenaflex's Membership and Billing systems.
  • Project Work Experience: Demonstrated project work/corporate work group experience within the last year, with a proven track record of success in process improvement and project management.
  • Process Improvement Experience: Demonstrated ability to identify and implement improvements to business processes, with a focus on customer service and quality care.
