What We're Looking For

We're interested in driven individuals with a strong business acumen who:

Possess at least 2 years of experience in insurance customer service and sales

Possess a property and casualty license

.

Excel in communication and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Insurance Sales and Customer Service Manager with arenaflex, you will:

  • Work hot live transfer leads provided to grow your income: Leverage our cutting-edge technology to connect with potential customers and grow your income.
  • Maintain and update customer accounts: Ensure accurate and up-to-date customer information to deliver exceptional service.
  • Meet established business production goals and objectives: Drive business growth and success through targeted sales and customer service efforts.
  • Discover and cross-sell additional products and services: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services to existing customers.
  • Nurture relationships with customers to ensure high client retention and loyalty: Build strong relationships with customers to drive loyalty and retention.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, always: Provide outstanding customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Monitor activities and assist co-workers in meeting their daily goals: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives.

Essential Qualifications

2+ years of experience in insurance customer service and sales

Valid property and casualty license
