Key Responsibilities
As an Experienced Teller at our Chatham Branch, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer experiences through personalized service, active listening, and a deep understanding of our customers' needs
- Processing transactions efficiently and accurately, including cash, credit, and debit transactions
- Balancing cash and maintaining a high level of accuracy in all financial transactions
- Identifying referral opportunities to contribute to branch sales goals and developing strategies to convert leads into sales
- Adhering to all applicable laws and regulations governing bank operations, including compliance with arenaflex's BSA/AML Policy and Procedures
- Identifying risk and escalating concerns through proper channels to ensure the integrity of our operations
- Developing and maintaining knowledge of arenaflex products, services, and other lines of business to provide expert advice and guidance to customers
- Ability to learn and adapt to changing digital channels and emerging technologies
- Performing other duties as assigned by your supervisor or branch leader
Organizational Relationship
As an Experienced Teller at our Chatham Branch, you'll be supervised by the assigned leader of the branch. You'll work closely with your team to achieve branch goals and contribute to the overall success of arenaflex.
Position Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous cash handling experience preferred
- Previous customer service experience required
Knowledge & Skills
To excel as an Experienced Teller at our Chatham Branch, you'll need:
- Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on building strong relationships and delivering personalized service
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
