Responsibilities
As an Associate Customer Service Representative Bilingual Spanish, you'll be responsible for:
- Supporting customers with inquiries or issues regarding financial products and services through various channels such as phone, text, chat, and video chat.
- Performing routine tasks such as answering inquiries, resolving problems, and providing a best-in-class customer experience.
- Receiving direction from supervisors and escalating questions and issues to more senior employees as needed.
- Interacting with team members and internal or external customers to provide information and support.
- Collaborating with colleagues to achieve business goals and objectives.
- Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate and informed responses to customer inquiries.
- Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and knowledge.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 6+ months of Customer Service, Financial Services, or Contact Center experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
- Bilingual reading, speaking, and listening proficiency in Spanish/English.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with integrity and professionalism.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and meet or exceed business goals.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and applications.
- Knowledge and experience with internet, mobile, and social media technology.
