Role Description

As a Customer Retention Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing our customer relationships. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Proactively reaching out to customers to address their inquiries and concerns, provide exceptional service, and promote the benefits of continuing coverage with arenaflex
  • Identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and implementing strategies to enhance their experience
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve customer issues and provide seamless support
  • Analyzing customer data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Developing and implementing retention strategies to reduce churn and increase customer loyalty
  • Staying up-to-date on arenaflex products and services to provide informed recommendations to customers
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting on customer interactions and retention metrics

Qualifications and Requirements:

Essential Qualifications:

+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers + Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills + Organizational and time management skills for handling multiple customer interactions + Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software + Ability to work independently and as part of a team + Property & Casualty Insurance license required (arenaflex can help obtain but must have prior to starting)

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related field + Previous experience in customer service or retention roles + Knowledge of insurance products and services
